It’s a team certificated “CMC - Certified Management Consultant” of freelance professionals working in the field of corporate consulting.
The complex issues relating to corporate consulting require a whole range of different skills and expertise that the partners of the Company have and use in synergy in order to achieve the best overall results.
The partners decided to operate personally as a coordinated team of freelance professionals so as to act directly. Indeed, the role of a corporate consultant is necessarily based on the individual’s contribution, which cannot be entrusted to a Company.
This also allows to establish and maintain a direct and continuous relationship between each individual consultant and the client Company. Thus, the client is not subject to the consequences of any corporate change in the consultant’s structure, and costs are minimized.
